A clear framework for services, maintenance, responsibilities, and the commercial relationship.
These terms govern the use of loomon.be and early commercial exchanges. Final services are defined in a separate quote, proposal, or contract.
Loomon offers may cover website creation, redesign, custom web applications, mobile applications, maintenance, and support.
A project starts after written approval of the scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Out-of-scope requests may require a separate adjustment.
The client remains responsible for providing content, access, approvals, and accurate information within the agreed timeline. Delayed validation or missing information may shift the schedule.
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables are reserved for the client after payment of the amounts due. Generic components, methods, know-how, and reusable technical building blocks remain Loomon assets.
Maintenance, support, fixes, and recurring evolutions are governed by the conditions specified in the accepted offer.
